Refunds & Returns Policy


Kindly note that all board sales are considered final.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

There are certain types of goods that are exempt from being returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

For a return to be processed, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We kindly request that returns not be sent back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at and return the item to the following address: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please e-mail or call us so we can go over the order and process a return label.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
