If you are unable to check your order status, please contact us, or send us an email through our contact page to request the authorization number and further instructions.

Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 days refund and return policy! Return and exchange policies are not available for all types of surfboards, arts, and digital products! All boards sale are final.
New, unopened, unused, and unworn accessories, apparel, skate with original tags attached must be returned within 60 days of the purchase.
Sale items are returnable and must be unopened, unused, and unworn with original tags attached and returned within 15 days of the date customer received. Bay Street Boards© will issue a full store credit minus shipping costs.
Bay Street Boards© will issue a full refund minus shipping costs in the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer returns on Surfboards once the order is confirmed. If you’d like to make an exchange, please review our returns policy and contact us and we will be glad to help you.

All our products are shipped from the Bay Street Boards©, Santa Monica, CA.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

How much does shipping cost and what are my options?
Shipping is calculated by location and size of the package, you are responsible for paying for the shipping portion of the product to the desired location. With that being said, surfboards require a custom quote for cost of shipping due to the large size and the price of shipping a large item even if it may be a light item in weight. Please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we will be unable to cancel or make changes to orders. For more info, check our terms & condition policy about returns.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within the next business day. Smaller packages ship via USPS first class or Priority, and can take from 2 up to 14 days. Surfboards ship via Fedex and can take up to 5 business days to get to you.
